Taking a 2nd look at this one, Harry (you know me!). I believe I thought it was E. gibbiflora over at TGF, not nodulosa (unless someone PM'd you). That was believing the leaves were rather large (comparing to the Orbea ). I missed the fact the leaves are opposite  and now believe it could be a...

I believe the first one is Sempervivum 'Oddity'. Crassula don't grow in rosettes like that. :P

The 2nd looks like a Plectranthus to me. I'm tracking down a couple possibilities. Do the leaves have any scent if you rub them?

Tina, I believe your plant to be Stapelia grandiflora . In past research, I recall a characteristic (absent in your plant) to distinguish S. gettleffei was longer tips off the edges of the leaves (I don't know what to call them), as seen at Chris Moore's site in this following photo. Stapelia gettle...

You raise a good point, Tony. That pic was taken a few years ago, but yes, you're right...the growth habit on mine is less than on your plant. :) Mine is overshadowed by a large bush now, so I haven't seen it take off...if it was going to do so. :P Someone around the block has a plant that I believe...

I think your plant may instead be Cotyledon orbiculata var. oblonga 'Macrantha', shown below. I grow mine in full sun, which colors up the red on the edges, but overall, yours looks similar. Thanks, Buck! Glad to be here.

No, I don't think it could be an Aeonium. The tips on the ends of the leaves are like those of Echeveria.

Beautiful plant, Harry! I decided to join, rather than lurk. :)

Also a great plant, Reiki! From another succulent fan.

The first one looks like Echeveria 'Imbricata' & E. 'Perle von Nurnberg' to me. Altmans sells one they tag as E . 'Blue Sky'. It is not a valid cultivar name. It could also be a hybrid using one of those as a parent plant. *Well, I just checked Altmans site. It has that 'Blue Sky' might be a hyb...
