yes its "Arizona Snowcap" with painted spines, if you look carefully you can still see a few white ones.

Interesting, the best i can come up with is Rebutia senilis v. kesselringiana
which is defined with its green buds, but it seems to be a bit sparsely spined for that
being yellow flowered it is probably lumped under marsoneri now although senilis is lumped under Rebutia minuscula.
