I will treat them like my other house plants, meaning that I will water them only when they dry out, kept on a windowsill, around 24°C.

Anyway, my point is.. I actually wanna know their names just so I know how to care for them. Should I treat them both like regular succulents or is there anything specific about them?

Hmm, I actually don't think so. The only Aeonium that looks similiar is Aeonium spathulatum and it has a really thin trunk. This one has a bit thicker one, like Crassula.
