Crazy Echeveria!
Even outside it keeps getting taller, and old leaves are falling off and replaced by new offsets! I didn’t think it could do this!? Can’t get a photo to upload so any advice appreciated.

All the G. Mihanovichii I’ve seen that we’re well cared for were green. Pink means dehydration in this species and bronze is the start of it getting thirsty but still healthy. Obviously in some warmer climates plants can be field grown Keith, but also some dealers do sell on collected plants as being cultivated plants and your original description described the type of plant you would get if it was snatched straight from habitat rather than a cultivated plant.
