Re: Tomentosa Cultivar?
Apparently there’s a vast variance in the plant’s morphological structure within both the genus and species. I found a photo on the net that looks similar to my plant, but the labels are confusing as it reflects both P. tenuiflorus and aegypticus as the identification. I will add this web photo in m...

Re: Tomentosa Cultivar?
You may be correct, Greenknight. Although it is a succulent based on the fleshy and fuzzy leaves, I am coming to the conclusion it’s not a Kalanchoe.

Thank you. I’ll check this website and if the plant can be identified, I’ll be sure to annotate.

Tomentosa Cultivar?
This plant was gifted to me and the person didn’t know the name. Looks somewhat like a Kalanchoe tomentosa without its markings.

Re: Tree aloe
Sorry for the blurry photo. Originally tried to attach a good picture of the tree, but it was too big of a format. Hope this one is better.

We were on vacation in New Zealand and happened to come across these beautiful specimens across from Onetangi Beach, Waiheke Island. Are these A. Dichotoma or something else?

Can someone ID this for me?
This plant was given to me as a gift and it had no identification. I received it with what looked like a small 5 ribbed cutting. As it grew, the cactus changed to 4 ribs and than it changed again to 3 ribs. The 3 ribbed section has a bluish tint that changes to a green color at the very top of the n...

Aloe Hybrid?
I have had these plants for sometime and waited for the plant to bloom before I posted. It looks like an Aloe vera hybrid as I have not seen anything like these when searching the internet.

Kapiolani Community College Cactus Garden
KCC Cactus Garden, Honolulu, HI., was founded by Mr. Moriso Teraoka in 1988. He devoted much of his time and funds to plant the garden and eventually with the help of volunteers. Spectacular collection to take in. Here are some of the specimens:
