I understand the nursery does it to drive up sales but it ruins the cactus

For people that don't know what they are getting its selling a false product to them. They think they are buying it because of the pretty flowers and then find out they are super glued on. They're not even part of the cactus family

Was at my local home depot today . Saw a shelf inside the store with a bunch of these little guys the thing I dont understand is why they have to ruin a nice cactus by super gluing fake flowers on them. I have these two that I need ID I think they are both echinopsis the first one was given to me today. Also is there anything I can do to it to help the tallest piece fill out more.
