the palm in the background is an Red Latan Palm (Latania lontaroides) not a Bismarckia.
I will post on the weekend a picture of my Bismarckia, quite stunning palm - has flowers this year for the first time

I keep all cacti in the greenhouse, with all the rain we have and had down here in Miami (so far for the year +25 inch) it would be not safe to keep the plants outside.
My tropical plants like Heliconias, Gingers, Bananas etc. love the rain, but my cacti would probably do not so well...

The Greenhouse Kit arrived right on Christmas Day. Took us about 4 weeks to assemble, building the tables, laying down step stones, installing LED lighting and finishing up on the outside. you would be surprised, but Jan was for many years "name of the year" in Germany and still is, I guess, very popular.
