Yucca in trouble

I have a small yucca growing outside of my house when I noticed that after winter it developed large circles of dead area that had small black dots in a cluster in the center if each spot. Is it a fungal infection? And will cutting out all the damaged leaves and applying a fungicide help?

Help with... Well, with a bunch of ID's

Hey everyone, I know asking for a little much, but any help is appreciated. This link http://johnwinnerscacticollection.shutterfly.com/ is to a gallery of my collection and if anyone could identify any of my plants I'd be very thankful. I'm relatively sure you can comment on the photos in the gallery.

Popular cacti

What are some of the more in demand cacti that are hard to get? I.e. Astrophytum caput-medusae. Plants that everyone knows and loves but are either to difficult to cultivate to be common or are just so rare that it's hard to get it

Has anyone in the united states ever purchase from here?

I was searching online and stumbled across http://www.hajek-kaktusy.cz/ a Czech website that sells seeds and plants. Has anyone used this site before? If so, is the service good or no?

Re: Seedling mix

I actually find that coir is a pretty decent medium for seeds when it's mixed with pumice or similar. Unlike peat, coir doesn't bunch up an become concrete-like

Re: Not sure if I should worry or not

I let everything dry out completely, followed by a nice healthy saturation of a citrus oil based insecticide and all the little bugs cleared up. Now I have a scale problem -_- dear cactus gods, I'll find a new species of cactus every year if you eliminate all forms of cactus pests.
