ich, it just uprooted and toppled over. It was not leaning in anyway before the rain. the ground it not that great where it is

I really have no idea Daiv, the flower from it is in my 'spring flowers' thread. CoronaCactus mentioned it was Opuntia monocantha so I'm going with that :lol:

Too much rain

It has rained heavily in the last week and the Opuntia fell over :( We are renting and this was already here, so not techinically mine but sad non the less. Will have to get some ropes and try to get it back up-right. Has just been flowering nicely aswell. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3159/3048674...

This is true haha. However being a poor university student prevents me from over spending on cacti. Most come from seeds these days which slows things up even more.

But I will try to keep a check on things
