When I was a kid, we would make jello in a milk jug to shoot. We thought that was quite exciting.

Introducing...

Corky!!!

Image

He's a Russian Tortoise. His shell is 5 inches long and he weighs 10.7 oz. We got him on Sunday.

He's great and not scared of anything, he never goes back into his shell.

Great addition to the family!!!

How funny...the kid was researching it and found this link... http://mint.ippc.orst.edu/laceid.htm If this is it, and it looks like it, they eat aphids and spider mites. Woo Hoo...maybe. We really don't see alot of these green lacewings flying around, for there to be so many eggs. Any other ideas?

If you poke it and it does have the white sap, wash it off your fingers if you have the need to touch the sap. Some people are allergic to the sap, and its poisonous.

I just looked through my pics, but didn't see any.

I suppose I could go and buy a new cactus with a glued on flower to take pics of the removal and aftermath.

Now that's a good reason to go buy cacti. 8)

Somebody on here is bound to have pics of it, or the damage it caused.
