I guess my Gymno feels warm...
It has been sunny during the last days and I've kept the heating in my windowsill turned on at night, because temperatures have been very low (1-7°C). Some of you must say it's a great weather... :D

Gymno bruchii flower

Hi.
It's still mid winter around here, but this Gymnocalycium bruchii is ready for Spring! First flower opened today! :D

Thank you very much for your advice. I've thought about both sugestions, and decided to risk the most harmless one and set it on dry soil. Let's see what happens. Since it's winter here, maybe I'll have to wait for Spring to see some results. If new roots don't show up, I'll trim the base a little :...

Wow!!! Those Astros are really perfect specimens. I have both too, but my ornatum is not that white :( . The Onzuka is lovely but that ornatum really catch my eye! :)
