it's deffently not a Tephro its got pads rounded there has been suggestion on facebook groups that it could be O. sulpherea

this is one of the first ive grown a group of three species of frailea F. pygmaea ageispina v. pallidez GF 700 F. tenuissima GF2g3 and F. concepeionensis they look quite different today as they have had a summer season and are now winding down for the winter
